			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As reported in Plastics News of February 1-: two bag bills were quickly put down in the state assembly Appropriations Committee.  With costs of $1 million for enforcement and $300,000 to get the program started the lawmakers did not see this as a smart move.</p>
<p>There are active bag bill issues in Texas and Florida and Virginia and Maryland and in our nations capital this is a very complex issue that all bag makers must pay attention to.</p>

<p>If you fall into either group number one or group number three I hope this short little post will be helpful to you.</p>
<p>I am a big fan of &#8220;Getting Things Done&#8221; and have several pieces of the system implemented but not all of it.  I am reading his (David Allen) book &#8220;Ready for Anything&#8221; it is a book of 52 chapters each chapter working on some portion of GTD . It does help me in the application of this system I will be sharing these. thought as I go through them.</p>
<p>I will be adding some more GTD stuff to this blog is because I think  my readers will find it helpful; even if you only look at it concept by concept.<br />
